Ashley Holland
Lover of all things yoga, travel, adventures and self inquiry. She is a student of Cyndi Lee who sparked her interest in the weaving together of yoga and Buddhist principals and continues to mesh the two, along with energy work, and affirmations into her classes - blending a mix of old world and new world spirituality. Teaching in studios and around the world on retreats since 2013 and constantly learning, she aims to create an experience that is challenging physically and introspective. Ashley is honored to get to do what she loves for work! She is the owner of Santosha Yoga in Crozet, VA. When shes not on the mat you can find her spending time with her family, hiking in the blue ridge or at the local coffee shop.
Diana Keeton
Diana has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. She specializes in a slower paced class that emphasizes restoring and resetting the nervous system. Her classes are known for their calming and supportive atmosphere. Díana’s training as a Massage Therapist has deepened her knowledge of how the body works and how we can learn to regulate our own nervous systems through different techniques, postures and breath-work. She has a passion for helping others learn to be more in their bodies, connected to their breath and aware of the innate ability we all have to find balance and grounding throughout our everyday lives.

Where is the retreat being held?
Topia is a yoga and wellness retreat space nestled in Baja California Sur. Topia is 15 minutes south of the magical town of Todos Santos and 1 hour north of the resort town, Cabo San Lucas. With sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean just a few steps from our front door, this boutique retreat space features luxury suites reserved completely for our community, a spacious yoga room with views of the Pacific, a heated salt water outdoor pool, a kitchen with wood fired pizza oven, a hot tub, fire pits for gathering, and hammocks to sway along to the ocean sounds.

How do I sign up?
To save your spot, simply purchase the $500 deposit. After purchasing we will send you a registration form to complete your sign up and provide more info for you. This deposit is non refundable.
When is the remaining balance of the retreat due?
You will be sent an invoice of your remaining balance shortly after booking the deposit and a payment schedule. Payment plans are available…just ask! The retreat deposit of $500 is non-refundable
Can I come to the retreat if I am a new to yoga?
Yes! The retreat is open to all levels of practice.
Are flights covered in the retreat package?
No, you have to purchase your own flight(s).
Which airport do I fly to?
SJD (Los Cabos International Airport) there are non stop flights from Charlotte and Atlanta daily!
What happens when I arrive to the airport?
We will have arranged transportation to bring you to Topia which is about a 45 min scenic drive.
Do I have to attend all the retreat activities?
No, all the retreat activities, classes or workshops are optional.
Can my dietary restrictions/food allergies be accommodated?
Absolutely!! The amazing chefs at Topia are happy to adapt meals to your dietary needs. The majority of the meals are vegetarian, and they are happy to make changes as needed for vegan and gluten-free options. Anything else...just ask!
Do I need to bring yoga props?
Mats, blocks, bolsters and straps are available for your use!
Are tips and gratuities included?
No.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: The $500 deposit is non-refundable with balance due in full by 12/1/24. If you have to cancel at any point up to 12/1 your payments less the $500 deposit can be refunded IF your spot is filled by another participant. If the spot isn't filled, you will receive 50% of your payments (less the deposit) in the form of Santosha credit. Cancellation after 12/1 is non-refundable. If the trip is canceled, in general, due to Covid or some other major unforeseeable situation you will be fully refunded minus a $50 service/processing fee.
Is alcohol included in the price?
No. Topia has local beers, wine and fresh daily made margaritas on hand that you can pay for on honor system! There is also a beach bar nearby on the beach if you want a drink there!
Are the mealtimes set?
Yes, meals are at set times and mostly served family style. However, if you are seeking solitude you are welcome to get your meal and take it elsewhere or opt for a lunch or dinner down at the beach restaurant.
